Ausker induction bottom is made of steel and aluminum, and it has been specifically designed to spread the heat in a fast and consistent way. The steel in the bottom allows using the Cookware on any cooking surface, including induction. Aluminum instead, conducts four times better than steel, but cannot be used individually because it does not create any magnetic field.
The performances are consistent on induction surfaces, but not comparable to steel cookware – steel conducts heat directly since it’s a ferritic alloy, aluminum needs a steel plate to ignite on an induction hob. For this reason, our aluminum body may take a bit longer to boil a certain quantity of water if compared to full steel cookware, but it will spread heat better allowing you to have perfect control over your food and will remain hot for a more extended period.
