Is there a warranty on Ausker products?

The warranty covers the product from manufacturing defects for 2 years from the date of purchase. The warranty is only valid if the conditions of use referred to in the instructions are strictly complied with. This warranty does not cover non-conforming uses, applications other than normal domestic use, improper repairs, abuse, negligence, falls, excessive misuse, professional use, etc. The effects and damage produced by the dishwasher are not covered by warranty. We reserve the right to repair or replace the product if the defects fall within the guarantees; if not, the product will not be covered. Warranty claims must be accompanied by proof of purchase, photos of the damaged product and addressed to info@ausker.com
