Just clean the blade under running water with a wet and slightly soapy cloth immediately after every use, dry it and store it in the wooden block provided;
- Remember to use the knives exclusively to cut foods on wood or plastic cutting boards;
- The steel blade may need to be sharpened sometimes, depending on how often they are used and how carefully they are stored. Use the designated sharpener in the wooden block, with the exception of the bread knife;
- Avoid dropping the knives, steel is resistant but susceptible to impacts;
- Keep away from heat sources;
- Do not use Ausker knives for other purposes. Avoid using it as a can opener or a screwdriver.
- Store the knives in the wooden block when you do not use them;
- If you put the knives outside the wooden block, store them safely and always keep them away from children.
