Why don't you offer a lifetime warranty on your products?

We offer a 2 year warranty on all our products. We don't offer a lifetime warranty simply because nothing is eternal. If you read carefully the lifetime warranty conditions of the brands that sponsor that kind of warranty, they specify that only defects in workmanship and materials will be covered. We can assure you that the workmanship and materials defects always appear after a few uses of the products so 2 years is more than enough for that! It is important to say that no manufacturer, neither with a 2-year warranty like us nor with a lifetime warranty, will ever replace a product damaged due to misuse. 

We prefer to be honest to our clients rather than catch easy purchases with lifetime warranty promises and afterward not keeping them. We will always stand by our products and we always cover the manufacturing defects. In cases of misuse or other problems not caused directly by us we always try to help our clients and offer a good solution a the lowest price possible.
