The sharpener we provide has two blades with the perfect angle to sharpen the knives. In fact, the sharping angle that is created by the two blades is 30°/ 0,52 radiant.
Sharpening the blades of the Stainless Steel Knife Set is very easy: just hold the knife tightly by the handle and put it all the way inside the sharpening hole, laying on the crossed blades. Run the blade from the heel to the tip a few times. Do not run it the other way. With the other hand, hold the wooden block.
Remember to never sharpen the bread knife.
We do not recommend to use other sharpeners or stones with the Ausker Stainless Steel Knives.
