- Hardness: Ceramic is considered the second hardest material on earth, right after diamonds. After sharpening, it can keep its razor sharp edge and will not get dull. The Ausker blades are formed through cold isostatic pressing (CIP) process, which creates a high-density ceramic that’s twice as sharp as steel and comparable in hardness to a diamond — much stronger than the traditional “hot” process which does not reinforce the structure.
- Sharpness: One by one, our blades are hand-shaped and meticulously rounded ensuring that each knife is perfectly balanced and shaped. If used properly, our ceramic knives will remain sharp for years;
- Contamination: Ceramic material is not porous at all. This keeps the blade of the Ceramic Knife Set from transferring odors from one food to another;
- Hygiene: Ausker Ceramic blades are very dense, with very little pores. For this reason, the Ceramic Knife Set couldn't be easier to clean. Since less dirt can get into the pores, a quick wash in warm water with a bit of delicate soap is more than enough to get your knives clean;
- Weight: Ausker ceramic knives are very lightweight. The lighter the weight, the lesser the strain on your arms and shoulders;
- No rust: No metal means no rust. You will never experience rust problems with our Ceramic Knife Set.
