- To preserve sharpness and prevent rust — a small risk with any stainless steel blade —, simply wash your knives by hand and avoid leaving them in contact with water for a long time. Just clean the blade under running water with a wet and slightly soapy cloth immediately after every use, dry it and store it in a safe place;
- Avoid dropping the knives, steel is resistant but susceptible to impacts;
- Keep away from heat sources and from children;
- Do not use Ausker knives for other purposes. Avoid using it as a can opener or a screwdriver.
